Halloween Gift Card Holder

Here is a fun and simple money/gift card holder that you can make for
Halloween to give to that special little trick-or-treater in your
life.  It is made with a 3-1/2″ x 6-3/4″ envelope that is scored down
the middle.  (Yes, it really is that easy to make!)
