  • Always have a card on-hand when you need one.  You won’t have to run to the store at the last minute “just to buy a card.”  No email, tweet, or social media post can ever replace the sentiment behind a hand-written note in a greeting card.  We believe in brightening someone’s mailbox instead of their inbox.
  • eWillow.com offers three payment choices depending on the subscription plan you select: a one-time box or a quarterly subscription. You can see all of our options on our “Shop” page HERE.
  • Our greeting card designer is constantly creating new cards.  Rest-assured that each card is on-trend and meticulously handcrafted.
  • You can order just one box of cards.  Just select “One-Time Card Box” or visit the direct link HERE.
  • You can request cards for specific occasions. If you do not specify cards for specific occasions, we will ship cards for a variety of occasions like, “Happy Birthday,” “Thank You,” and “Get Well Soon.”
  • You can enter a gift message on the checkout page  There is a space for “Comments/Special Delivery Instructions.”  Enter your gift message in this box, along with any other important information that you think we should know.  
  • Orders are processed and are shipped within two (2) business days of receipt.
  • Standard shipping is free to addresses in the USA.  International shipping is not available at this time.
  • eWillow.com would be happy to discuss custom work with you.  Just send an email to info@ewillow.com and we’ll talk.
  • There are no refunds or returns.  You may cancel a pay-by-the-quarter subscription at any time.  If you have a pre-paid subscription, you may transfer the subscription to another person, but no refund will be given.  If you have a pay-as-you-go subscription, you must notify us of your intent to cancel at least seven (7) days before your next box is scheduled to ship and you will not be billed for any future boxes.
