Why should I subscribe to eWillow.com?

  • Always have a card on-hand when you need one.  You won't have to run to the store at the last minute "just to buy a card."  No email, tweet, or social media post can ever replace the sentiment behind a hand-written note in a greeting card.  We believe in brightening someone's mailbox instead of their inbox.

How much does a subscription cost?

  • eWillow.com offers various choices at different price levels and different times:  one-time, monthly, or quarterly.  You can see all of our subscription options on our "Shop" page HERE.

What cards will I receive?  What will they look like?

  • Our greeting card designer is constantly creating new cards.  Please check her blog HERE to see a sampling of the cards that will be in each box.  Although we cannot guarantee that you will receive the specific cards that are shown in the blog entries, (only a limited number of each card are made and they sell out quickly!) rest-assured that each card is on-trend and meticulously handcrafted.

Do I have to commit to a subscription?  Can I just order one box of cards?

  • Yes, you can order just one box of cards.  Just select "One-Time Card Box" or visit the direct link HERE.

Can I include a gift message?

  • Yes.  On the checkout page, there is a space for "Comments/Special Delivery Instructions."  Enter your gift message in this box, along with any other important information that you think we should know about.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Orders are processed immediately and are shipped within two (2) business days of receipt.

How much is shipping?  Do You Ship Internationally?

  • Standard shipping is free to addresses in the USA.  For international shipping, send an email to support@ewillow.com

How do I order cards for specific occasions?

  • On the checkout page, there is a space for "Comments/Special Delivery Instructions."  Enter up to five (5) different occasions in the box.

Do I have to specify what types of cards I want?

  • No.  If you do not specify cards for specific occasions, we will ship cards for a variety of occasions like, "Happy Birthday," "Thank You," and "Get Well Soon."

I need party invitations.  Does eWillow.com do custom work?

  • eWillow.com would be happy to discuss custom work with you.  Just send an email to info@ewillow.com and we'll talk.

What is your return/refund/cancellation policy?

  • There are no refunds or returns.  You may cancel a subscription at any time.  If you have a pre-paid subscription, you may transfer the subscription to another person, but no refund will be given.  If you have a pay-as-you-go subscription, you must notify us of your intent to cancel at least seven (7) days before your next box is scheduled to ship and you will not be billed for any future boxes.
