Happy Birthday: Card Inspiration

Happy Birthday, Cupcake!
This is the first in a series of five different cards you can make for different occasions.  I like all of the colors and the glitter on this one.  If you look closely, you will see that I used the ink-to-paper technique on the center piece to add depth.
