While eWillow.com is involved in the transaction between buyers and sellers, it is not responsible for the condition, quality or legality of any aspect of a listed item, the truth or accuracy of the listing, the ability of design vendors to sell items or the ability of the buyers to pay for items. eWillow.com does not prescreen users of the content or information provided by users. eWillow.com cannot ensure that a buyer or design vendor will actually complete a transaction.

eWillow.com is a venue and as such is not responsible or liable for any content posted by you, other users, or outside parties on eWillow.com. You use eWillow.com at your own risk.

User Eligibility
eWillow.com services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who are 18 years or older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Individual users under the age of 18 can use this service only in conjunction with a parent or legal guardian. In this case, the adult is the user and is responsible for any and all activities. The user agrees to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content through the use of this website. The user is responsible to pay all applicable taxes. In addition, the user must abide by eWillow.com policies as stated in the Terms of Use. Users must keep their password and login information secure. The user is fully responsible for all activity, liability and damage resulting from the failure to maintain password confidentiality. The user agrees to immediately notify eWillow.com of any unauthorized use of password information or any breach of security. The user also agrees that eWillow.com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the failure of password security. Users must keep account information up-to-date and accurate at all times, including valid contact information. To sell items as a design vendor on eWillow.com, the user must have a valid and active PayPal account on file with eWillow.com at all times. Users may not transfer or sell their eWillow.com accounts or user identification information to another party. Users registering as a business entity guarantee to have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms of Use. eWillow.com services are not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended users. eWillow.com reserves the right, at the sole discretion of eWillow.com, to cancel unconfirmed or inactive accounts. eWillow.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Fees and Services
There are no fees associated with sharing, selling, and/or buying items on eWillow.com, except for the cost of the item(s) that are purchased. All fees and items listed in an eWillow.com studio must be listed in US Dollars, unless otherwise noted. Currency conversion is handled automatically by our payment processing service.

Becoming a Design Vendor and Establishing a Studio
By becoming a design vendor on eWillow.com and establishing a studio, the user warrants that all items and all aspects of items comply with eWillow.com policies. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. The studio must accurately describe all items and terms of sale. Studios may only include text descriptions, graphics, pictures and other content relevant to the sale of the listed papercrafts. All items must be listed in an appropriate category with appropriate tags. Each studio must accurately and completely describe the item(s) that is/are being shared or listed for sale. eWillow.com studios are for the exclusive listing of papercrafts. Any item that does not fit this category may be removed from the studio and the studio owner may face suspension of privileges or termination of the user's eWillow.com account. Commercial supplies are not to be sold in a user's studio. Only unique, handmade papercrafts are to be listed in eWillow.com studios. With regard to rubber-stamped items, each design vendor agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions of the Angel Policy of the company who owns the copyright for the stamp used. If the "in stock" quantity is more than one, all items for that listing must be identical. Each unique item must have its own listing. Custom order items must be listed with a set price. An item that is listed for sale should not be listed with an unrealistic price in order to keep it from selling. The purchase of an item in an eWillow.com studio must not be conditional upon the purchase of another item in that, or any, studio. A "free with purchase" item may not be listed as a separate purchasable item conditional upon the purchase of another item in the studio. Information about the "free with purchase" item must be featured in the item description. All design vendors are encouraged to outline sale policies for their studio. These policies made include shipping, returns, payment and selling information. Design vendors must create reasonable policies in good faith and must abide by such policies. All shop policies must comply with eWillow.com policies. eWillow.com reserves the right to ask design vendors to modify unreasonable or contradictory policies at the discretion of eWillow.com. Design vendors are responsible for enforcing their own reasonable studio policies and should report any misconduct to eWillow.com immediately. All sales are binding. The design vendor is obligated to ship the order or otherwise complete the transaction with the buyer in a prompt manner, unless there is an exceptional circumstance, such as: (a) the buyer fails to meet the terms of sale for the studio or the Terms of Use for eWillow.com, or (b) the design vendor or eWillow.com cannot authenticate the buyer's identity. The buyer is obligated to deliver appropriate payment for items purchased, unless there is an exceptional circumstance. The price stated in each item listing description must be an accurate representation of the sale. Design vendors may charge reasonable shipping and handling fees to cover the costs of packaging and mailing. Design vendors may not charge excessive fees or otherwise avoid fees. Design vendors are responsible for paying any and all state or local sales taxes, as applicable by law.

Multiple Accounts Held by One Person
Having more than one account ("multiple accounts" or "alternate accounts") is not something eWillow.com encourages, as it has the potential to cause confusion. Keep in mind that accounts cannot be merged in any way, so if you change your mind later, you will not be able to transfer information (such as listings, feedback or purchase history) from one account to another. You may not list the same unique item in more than one studio on eWillow.com.

Prohibited, Questionable and Infringing Items and Activities
User content and use of eWillow.com shall not:
1. Be false, inaccurate or misleading
2. Be fraudulent or involve the sale of illegal, counterfeit or stolen items
3. Infringe upon any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary or intellectual property rights or rights of publicity or privacy
4. Violate eWillow.com Terms of Use, any policy or guidelines of this website, or any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising)
5. Contain items that have been identified by the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) link to CPSC website as hazardous to consumers and therefore subject to recall
6. Be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening, unlawfully harassing, impersonate or intimidate any person (including eWillow.com staff or other users), or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person
7. Be obscene, profane, racist or contain child pornography
8. Contain or transmit any code of destructive nature that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information
9. Host images not part of a listing
10. Modify, adapt or hack eWillow.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with eWillow.com
11. Appear to create liability for eWillow.com or cause eWillow.com to lose the services of this website's ISPs or other providers
12. Link directly or indirectly, reference or contain descriptions of goods and services that are prohibited under these Terms of Use
13. Discuss disputes with other users or with eWillow.com

Furthermore, users may not list items on eWillow.com storefronts or anywhere on this website that could cause eWillow.com to violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation, or that violates these Terms of Use.

Content
By posting comments or content on eWillow.com, it is possible for an outside website or third party to re-post that content. The user agrees not to hold eWillow.com responsible for any dispute concerning this use. If you choose to display your own eWillow.com-hosted image on another website, the image must provide a link back to eWillow.com.

Information Control
eWillow.com does not control the content provided by users that is made available on this website. Users may find some content to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or deceptive. There are also risks of dealing with underage persons or people acting under false pretense. Additionally, there may be risks dealing with international trade and foreign nationals. Much of the information on eWillow.com is updated on a real-time basis and is proprietary or licensed to eWillow.com by this website's users or third parties.
