Great Idea to Market Your Storefront

Postby Charlene » Sat Feb 20, 2010 4:52 pm

Does your doctor or dentist send you a postcard reminder in the mail?

Do they send you a birthday card?

My daughter received her annual birthday postcard from our pediatrician a few weeks ago.

The other day it dawned on me that I should make a bunch of birthday cards for her to use! I'll just put my eWillow.com labels on the back of each card.

You should do the same for your storefronts! Let me know the outcome! I'll blog about mine after I make them. I mentioned to our doctor that I was going to donate a bunch of handmade birthday cards for her to use and she was more than willing to accept my offer. I'm excited!

That's a great idea! I thought about things like that when I was making Christmas cards in December. I have this gas station that I frequent (when my son is "good" at the post office, he's allowed to pick out a little snack from the gas station in the same parking lot there. We go to the post office a lot!)

Well, after awhile, you start to at least recognize a few familiar faces. So, in December, I made a Christmas card for them. :D

I wrote in there that the staff is always so friendly and helpful. On the back, I had my stamp. I've also made bookmarks and cards for family to give out to their friends/co-workers. It's all in the name of advertising right? And who doesn't love a free gift?!
